ECAD is the central collective that administers music copyright and neighbouring rights in Brazil.
It distributes the collected royalties amongst the seven collective management organisations that form ECAD, each of which distributes the relevant royalties towards its members.

Who can join: recording artists, session musicians and record labels.
Which recordings qualify: all recordings released in a Rome Convention country within 30 days from their initial release.
